My Story

Bipolar UK provides support 24/7, via their eCommunity, to those who live with bipolar disorder. The moderators and members work hard to ensure that it is a supportive, and informative platform, where answers can be found for problems across many areas including medication, work and relationships. There is always someone who has 'been there' and 'done that', and sometimes that is just what people living with bipolar need, someone who has experienced it and really understands. The wealth of knowledge and understanding from Bipolar Uk's eCommunity was particularly helpful to me during the lockdowns, when my usual forms of support weren't able to be as available as I needed, as I'm sure was the case for many others too. 

I'm fundraising for Bipolar UK, so that I can give back a little, and hopefully help keep this fantastic support network going strong.
