Land's End to John O'Groats
Event date Fri 19th Mar 2021 - Thu 31st Mar 2022
Take part in our virtual version of this epic Great British challenge. The journey traverses the entire length of Great Britain from Land's End in the South West to John O'Groats in the North East. The distance is 970 km as the crow flies but our scenic road route is 1408 km. It takes most cyclists 10 to 14 days to complete and Ian Botham walked it in 5 weeks, a total of 220 hours of walking.
From the rocky cliffs of Land's End, through the rolling green of Dartmouth, the stunning Lake District and the lochs of Scotland there's plenty to enjoy along the way. We'll send you virtual postcards at key milestones to keep your motivation up.
You can walk, cycle or run this journey at a pace that's right for you. Sign up by yourself or with friends and colleagues. Get active, feel good and raise money for Bipolar UK.
